Dr. Shaw is the Chief Operations Officer at SilkWeb Consulting & Development. He has over 20 years of leadership experience and is an engaging and experienced trainer, facilitator, and coach, specializing in impact, influence, sales, customer service, negotiation, communication, leadership, management,  and change management. He develops innovative, engaging, and practical training either as stand-alone, blended, or complete programs.

Dr. Shaw actively collaborates with stakeholders; effectively communicates and leads curricula design; and develops key learning solutions. Dr. Shaw is skilled at providing a wide range of curriculum services including all aspects of e-learning development, instructional design, lesson plans, program design, 2D and 3D animations, storyboarding, PowerPoint presentations, and case studies. He is a proficient user of Articulate Storyline 360 Suite, Adobe Captivate, and is an expert in Moodle, Canvas, and Blackboard content development and integration. He has facilitated and developed hundreds of online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses and previously worked for one of the world's leading academic publishers. He is the co-author of six books on photovoltaics. Dr. Shaw attended Arizona State University and has an academic background in organizational psychology and business leadership. He has earned a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Business Administration degree, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
