SilkWeb provides custom e-Learning, LMS solutions, and professional development services. SilkWeb also provides educational support services to tribal schools and colleges through the Bureau of Indian Education and State college systems. SilkWeb provides cybersecurity workforce development curriculum and custom training solutions for Tribal, State, and Federal clients.

We have been Native owned and operated and a leading provider of custom e-learning and professional development training services since 2006. For over 15 years we have created innovative custom e-learning solutions using research-informed design and development techniques. Every custom e-learning solution we design is developed in-house by our instructional design experts and technical consultants.

Laurel Silk, MAEd

Chief Executive Officer
Laurel is Húŋkpapȟa Lakota and an enrolled member of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master's degree in Instructional Technology. She has been in the education technology industry for over 20 years. Laurel is a former faculty member and the co-author of seven textbooks.

Chief Operations Officer
Dr. Shaw is the Chief Operations Officer at SilkWeb Consulting & Development. He has over 20 years of leadership experience and is an engaging and experienced leader able to effectively communicate and foster growth amongst all employees

Nicole has over 15 years of experience in the education sector. She is a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies and an active member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals.
