Click the link below to enroll in available training. At this time, only CHR I: Foundations is available. Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed and, if approved, you will receive information on how to access your course. Please note that the review process can take up to 10 days. You will receive periodic email updates about your status. Submitting multiple requests will delay approval—please submit only once.
To qualify for this training, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be currently employed and serving as a Community Health Representative (CHR).
- Work for an employer that is part of the IHS health system.
- Have approval from your supervisor.
- Submit a complete application with accurate information, which will be verified before approval.
